These flat metal components, featuring a central rectangular cutout and lateral notches, typically serve as male pins or contacts in electronic connector systems. The tail is designed with a dual-parallel structure to facilitate robust electrical connections to cables and PCBs via crimping or soldering. Meanwhile, the central windowed structure provides necessary elastic deformation space during insertion into the female housing, ensuring stable contact pressure.

Manufacturing these micro-terminals requires strict control over overall flatness, tail parallelism, and dimensional tolerances of the central aperture to prevent abnormal insertion/extraction forces or poor contact during assembly. To address burrs and warping common in high-speed punching of thin-wall materials, our production line utilizes YAMADA and KYORI high-speed presses with 0.005mm precision, paired with precision progressive dies for continuous forming. This effectively suppresses deformation caused by material stress release, ensuring dimensional consistency and surface finish quality for bulk deliveries.
