For the elongated connection plates below, strict control over the positional tolerance of the mounting holes at both ends is essential to prevent misalignment with mating parts or assembly stress caused by hole spacing deviations.

Production utilizes high-precision progressive die continuous stamping. Forming is performed on YAMADA and KYORI brand high-speed presses with 0.005mm precision, effectively suppressing stress concentration in thin-walled materials during punching and bending. To meet requirements for the roundness of the hinge axis and the flatness of the connection plates, subsequent reshaping processes are employed to correct geometric tolerances. This guarantees dimensional consistency across batches and a burr-free appearance in mass delivery.
