A ring gear designed for mechanical transmission systems or positioning mechanisms, formed via high-precision progressive die stamping. It features uniform involute or straight teeth along the outer edge and a central mounting hole. This design facilitates torque transmission, angular positioning, or precise meshing with gears/racks, making it widely used in automation equipment, industrial robot joints, and automotive transmission components.

The manufacturing process strictly controls tooth profile accuracy, cumulative pitch error, and coaxiality between the inner hole and outer circle to ensure smooth transmission and low noise after assembly. To address warping deformation common in thin-walled ring parts during high-speed blanking, our production line utilizes high-speed presses with 0.005mm precision paired with精密 molds, supplemented by surface grinding or reshaping processes to correct flatness, effectively ensuring dimensional consistency across batches.
