About Precision Stamped Metal Woven Mesh Belt

A continuous metal strip featuring a regular woven texture, formed using high-precision progressive die stamping. The structure consists of tightly interlocked links, creating a flexible mesh belt with high flexibility. It is commonly used for EMI shielding layers in electronic devices, flexible connection components, or as transmission and conveying carriers under special operating conditions.

Manufacturing focuses on controlling the clearance between links and overall flatness to ensure smooth operation and structural stability during winding or bending. For these thin-walled parts with complex interlocking features, the factory utilizes high-speed presses from brands like YAMADA and KYORI for continuous production. Optical image measuring instruments are employed for 100% inspection of micro-link dimensions and coplanarity, effectively overcoming deformation risks caused by material springback and ensuring batch-to-batch consistency.

Leveraging IATF16949 and ISO9001 certified systems, our production line offers integrated delivery capabilities from mold development to mass stamping. We support processing of various conductive and elastic materials such as stainless steel and copper alloys, and can provide surface treatments like nickel, tin, or gold plating to meet corrosion resistance and low impedance requirements. Quotations are evaluated based on specific 3D drawings, material grades, surface treatment specifications, and expected order volumes.

Frequently Asked Questions

Complex interlocking structures require custom high-precision progressive dies, resulting in higher initial mold costs. We use Sodick slow wire-cutting machines (accuracy 0.002mm) to process molds, ensuring precise link clearance. Although this increases upfront investment, YAMADA high-speed presses enable continuous automated production, significantly reducing unit prices for bulk orders and ensuring long-term delivery stability.
