Manufacturing these custom-shaped terminals requires strict control over the concentricity of the round hole, hole diameter tolerance, and consistency of the bending angle to ensure smooth insertion and reliable contact during assembly. To address issues such as burrs, warping, and springback common in thin-walled materials during stamping and forming, our production line utilizes high-speed presses from brands like YAMADA and KYORI with 0.005mm precision, paired with precision progressive dies for continuous operation. This effectively suppresses deformation caused by stress concentration, ensuring dimensional stability and surface finish quality for bulk deliveries.

Key contours, hole diameters, and bending positions are fully inspected using Mitutoyo vision measuring instruments to ensure strict assembly tolerances are met. Quotations are evaluated based on specific 3D drawings, material grades, plating specifications, and expected order volumes.
