The main body is formed from thick sheet metal through multi-stage bending, with mounting lugs featuring single round holes extending from the top. This structure is commonly used in connection interfaces for automation equipment guide rails, chassis internal limiters, or transmission mechanisms. The trapezoidal side walls provide stable load-bearing support, while bolt fastening through the top lugs enables quick positioning and secure assembly.

The core of manufacturing these custom stamped parts lies in controlling the perpendicularity of the side wall bending angles and the positional accuracy of the mounting lugs relative to the main body, ensuring no interference during assembly and a tight fit. Strict control of the center-to-center distance tolerance of the top mounting holes is essential to prevent difficulties in bolt insertion. Blanked edges and bent areas undergo deburring and chamfering to eliminate sharp edges, preventing scratches to mating parts or operators. The surface presents a uniform silver-gray metallic luster, typically involving electro-galvanizing, powder coating, or similar anti-corrosion processes to enhance corrosion resistance.

Bench drills are used for fine processing of hole systems to ensure diameter tolerances.
