For such thin-walled parts with dense bending features, the production line employs high-speed presses from brands like YAMADA and KYORI with 0.005mm precision for continuous operation. This effectively overcomes stress concentration and springback deformation during multiple forming stages, ensuring dimensional stability across batches and a burr-free appearance.
