This is a precision sheet metal workpiece, which belongs to the mounting bracket or panel structure of electronic/communication equipment. The typical features are as follows:
Material and process: the use of metal plate (high probability for cold rolled steel/aluminum alloy), by laser cutting, CNC bending, chamfering and deburring process molding, the surface presents metal primary color or light gold coating, smooth and regular edge.
Structural design:
The main body is a frame structure with flanging, with bending edges and mounting holes/slots at the four corners, which is convenient for equipment fixing and assembly.
There are 4 square hollow windows on the panel, which can be used to embed modules, dissipate heat or observe internal components; the side is provided with a long heat dissipation groove, which takes into account ventilation, heat dissipation and structural strength.
