The two-plate mating structure achieves high-precision positioning through a guide pin and bushing system. The internal cavity layout is specifically designed for continuous forming or single-stage processing of metal sheets. This open-mold state demonstrates the fit between the upper and lower die bases, ensuring stable feeding accuracy and product consistency during high-speed stamping operations.

Addressing the high hardness of mold steel, our manufacturing process strictly controls irregular profile cutting, deep hole machining, and the flatness of mating surfaces. Equipped with Sodick slow wire EDM and precision machining centers, we handle complex stepped surfaces and micro-features to ensure clearances between moving parts meet design requirements, thereby reducing wear and extending service life.
