As a core support component for progressive stamping dies, this rectangular metal plate features multiple precisely arranged irregular cavities, counterbored mounting holes, and dowel pin holes. Its structure provides a stable reference plane for blanking or forming operations, ensuring accurate alignment of the upper die assembly during high-speed reciprocating motion. This directly determines the dimensional stability and assembly consistency of the final stamped parts.

The key to manufacturing such multi-hole templates with complex internal cavity structures lies in controlling the positional tolerance between mounting holes and the flatness of the cavity surfaces to prevent interference or poor fit during assembly. For asymmetric irregular slots and micro pin holes, high-precision slow wire EDM is used for contour shaping, combined with optical grinding to ensure surface flatness and perpendicularity. This effectively eliminates machining stress and extends die service life.

Backed by dual IATF16949 and ISO9001 certifications, our production line is equipped with slow wire EDM machines from brands like Sodick and Western, as well as Wangpan surface grinders, capable of processing high-hardness materials such as tool steel, alloy steel, and cemented carbide. We perform 100% inspection of critical mating dimensions using Mitutoyo vision measuring systems and Hexagon CMMs to ensure batch-to-batch consistency. Quotations are evaluated based on specific 2D/3D drawings, material grades, heat treatment hardness, and expected order volume.
