Basket mold

The basket molds professionally developed and produced by our company feature high-precision molding and structural stability as their core advantages. Made of high-quality pre-hardened plastic mold steel, the molds undergo multiple precision processing and surface treatment processes, with excellent wear resistance and deformation resistance, suitable for injection molding of common basket materials such as PP, PE and PET. Aiming at the complex structures of baskets like hollowouts and grids, we optimize the design of runners and exhaust systems, and cooperate with precise temperature control technology to effectively avoid product defects such as shrinkage marks and broken ribs, ensuring uniform grids, smooth edges and firm load-bearing structures. The molds support customization of various shapes (round, square, oval, etc.) and sizes, and can realize detailed designs such as integrated handle molding and anti-slip lines. The single injection cycle is controlled within 45-70 seconds, and they are widely used in home storage, supermarket shopping, fruit and vegetable transportation and other fields.
