Pallet Mold

The pallet molds developed and produced by our company focus on high stability and high efficiency as their core highlights. The molds are made of high-strength alloy structural steel and undergo precision heat treatment process, ensuring strong rigidity and small deformation, suitable for injection molding of various common pallet materials such as PP, PE and HDPE. By optimizing the design of parting surfaces and cavities, combined with an efficient cooling system, the single injection cycle is shortened to 40-60 seconds, greatly improving production efficiency. The molds support customization of various pallet structures including single-sided, double-sided, field-shaped grid and river-shaped grid, and can meet the needs of standard and non-standard sizes ranging from 1000×800mm to 1200×1000mm.
