Turnover box（crate ) mold

The turnover box molds carefully developed by our company take high durability and efficient molding as their core competitiveness. Made of high-quality pre-hardened plastic mold steel, the molds undergo precision CNC machining and surface strengthening treatment, featuring excellent deformation resistance and wear resistance, suitable for common turnover box materials like PP and HDPE. By optimizing the cavity layout and hot runner system design, combined with an efficient water circulation cooling structure, the single injection cycle is shortened to 35-55 seconds. Meanwhile, it ensures the turnover box has uniform wall thickness (tolerance ≤ 0.2mm), no flash on edges and stable load-bearing performance. The molds support customization of standard sizes (such as 600×400mm, 400×300mm) and non-standard sizes, and can realize functional designs like with lid, with partition and anti-static. They are widely used in warehousing and turnover scenarios of electronics, food & daily chemicals, auto parts and other industries.
