Upper Arm Assembly Tooling

This tooling is mainly used for the welding and assembly of excavator boom. The frame is made of 20# channel steel, the worktable is made of 20mm thick steel plate (Q235), and the other auxiliary fixtures are made of Q235. All welded structural components are machined after welding, with machining accuracy of ±0.05mm and assembly accuracy of ±0.3mm. The design cycle of this tooling is 10 days, the manufacturing cycle is 30 days, and the commissioning and acceptance period is 7 days.
