Vehicle Rear Mudguard Bracket Assembly

A metal bracket featuring a tail light mounting cavity and multi-stage bending structure, designed to provide robust support for rear protective components of vehicles or mobile equipment. The design integrates a closed box-shaped area for housing reflectors or lamps, along with a large downward-extending guard plate, aiming to protect rear mechanical parts and enhance the overall aesthetic integrity.

The manufacturing process strictly controls flatness and springback consistency after multiple bending operations to ensure the relative position of bottom mounting holes and the upper lamp holder area meets assembly tolerances. Welded joints are required to be full and free of false welds. After grinding, the parts undergo powder coating to form a scratch-resistant, rust-proof black matte surface, suitable for outdoor operating environments.

Leveraging our factory's CNC turret punch presses and welding robots, we efficiently complete blanking, forming, and assembly of such sheet metal structural parts. Combined with shot blasting pre-treatment and automated powder coating lines, we ensure stable coating adhesion and consistent appearance color in mass production.
