Chenlong Group Co., Ltd. was established in 1985 and is dedicated to precision blade processing. It has been 20 years since its inception and also produces various high-precision machining products such as rings, pinions, cover plates, valve cores, shafts, and more. The products are involved in fields such as automobiles, ships, air conditioning, engineering hydraulics, and industrial machinery. With advanced equipment and lean production management, the processing precision can reach the micrometer level.Specific products include: 1. Automotive Blades: Fuel injection pump blades, power steering pump blades, oil pump blades 2. Hydraulic Blades: Mother and child blades, double lip blades, motor blades 3. Air Conditioning Blades: Compressor blades, dehumidifier blades 4. Pinions: Cycloidal motor pinions 5. Rings: Oil pump rings 6. Shafts: Motor shafts, input shafts, drive shafts, idler gear shafts, guide shafts, shift shafts 7. Hydraulic Valves: Valve cores, valve rods, valve sleeves 8. Pump rear covers, gaskets 9. Tooling fixtures.Certification includes: IATF16949, ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001. Blade production capacity is expected to reach 150 million in 2024. Currently, there are over 700 employees, including 400 technicians and 80 management personnel, with a plant area of more than 60,000 square meters, more than 500 processing machines, and over 180 testing instruments. Since 2023, 78 new machines have been added.
