Founded in 2003, SHINY covers an area of 23,000 square meters and employs a workforce of 350. It is a specialized manufacturer of high-precision plastic molds, aluminum alloy die-casting molds, and magnesium alloy die-casting molds.
Equipped with a comprehensive range of high-precision machining and inspection equipment, SHINY boasts a stable technical team and a technical database of over 6,000 sets of mold designs—meaning nearly any product can be matched with corresponding mold drawings. The company operates with a performance-driven and profit-sharing team structure that ensures efficient execution.
Each year, SHINY produces more than 600 sets of molds for industries including automotive, new energy, two-shot molding, medical devices, alloy die-casting, textile equipment, electrical appliances, household goods, gas-assisted injection molding, power tools, computer peripherals, and lighting. Its clientele spans across the United States, Canada, Mexico, Germany, France, Poland, and other regions in Europe and America.
SHINY operates over 200 plastic injection molding machines (ranging from 80T to 568T), multiple two-color injection machines and die-casting machines, as well as product assembly lines. This allows the company to offer one-stop services from design, prototyping, and mold manufacturing to production molding and product assembly. SHINY is certified under both the ISO9001 Quality Management System and the Environmental Management System.
