Fudakin established in 2009, started with mold manufacturing and has since developed into a team known for technical excellence and dedication. We have established an integrated workshop covering mold making, injection molding, die casting, stamping, silk screening, and assembly. Our facilities include over 70 sets of mold-making equipment such as CNC machining centers, EDM machines, milling machines, lathes, grinders, radial drills, and bench drills, complemented by comprehensive testing equipment including projectors, height gauges, torque testers, impact testers, and freezers. We boast a professional and efficient mold design team specializing in the design, development, and manufacturing of stamping, injection, and die casting molds. Capable of producing large molds up to 2m x 1m and weighing up to 15 tons, we employ a mature mold design and development process supported by licensed software such as PRO/E, UG, CAD, CAM, and Moldflow for optimized mold designs and maximum efficiency. Our factory houses over 30 high-precision injection molding machines ranging from 100 tons to 450 tons, capable of manufacturing various plastic parts including ABS, PP, nylon, and soft rubber. Additionally, we operate multiple 280-ton die casting machines focused on delivering high-quality product solutions in sectors such as the mobile phone industry, fiber optic modules, lighting electronics, and computer hardware, supported by stringent quality control and impact testing. Furthermore, equipped with dozens of precision stamping machines and a specialized mold design and debugging team, we have the capability to independently design and develop various precision stamping molds for tasks such as stretching, fine blanking, and bending. We are committed to producing a wide range of precision stamping products, striving to achieve the optimal balance between high quality and cost efficiency to provide competitively advantageous solutions for our clients. In addition, we have a factory in Thailand, which can help clients reduce tariffs. The whole factory is about 4800 square meters.
