Founded in 2012, our company is located at No.108 Danlingwei Road, Lili Town, Wujiang District, Suzhou City, the beautiful and fertile Jiangsu Province. Covering a building area of 5,000 square meters, we are a large comprehensive enterprise integrating research and development, production and sales. We currently employ more than 60 staff members, including 5 senior R&D specialists, and hold over 20 R&D patents. Our main products include carbon steel screws, stainless steel screws and bimetallic composite screws. We also undertake customized production of various special-shaped parts, which are widely applied in construction, new energy vehicles, photovoltaic, high-speed rail, aerospace and other fields. We are equipped with more than 200 sets of equipment such as multi-station machines, single-die heading machines, tail clamping machines, thread rolling machines and washer assembling machines, as well as 1 continuous mesh belt furnace heat treatment production line. In addition, we have a fully-equipped testing laboratory furnished with complete inspection equipment: imported Italian ACS neutral salt spray testers, sulfur dioxide gas corrosion resistance cycle testing equipment identical to that used by SGS (Société Générale de Surveillance), automatic Vickers hardness testers, metallographic inspection equipment, along with testing instruments for tensile, shear, torque, rotational speed and other related performance tests.
