Appliance Motor Housing and Rotor Assembly

Designed for low-power motor assembly, we manufacture core structural components including stator housings, end caps, and rotating shafts. These parts are typically used within synchronous or geared motors to support rotating elements and secure coils. We ensure precise fit between the housing bore and bearing seats, as well as strict concentricity of the output shaft, to guarantee smooth operation and low noise levels.

For the various configurations shown, our manufacturing processes combine precision turning and milling. For aluminum alloy housings with cooling fins, we control the integrity and surface flatness of the fins after die-casting or machining. For central-output metal shafts, we strictly manage shaft diameter tolerances, keyway positionality, and shoulder perpendicularity. White-finished components involving plastic injection molding or powder coating are processed to ensure uniform coating and insulation performance, meeting safety requirements for different voltage ratings.

Leveraging high-precision CNC lathes and drilling-tapping centers at our Dongguan facility, we handle features such as deep holes, thin walls, and slender shafts with machining accuracy up to 0.005mm. We employ video measuring instruments for 100% inspection of critical dimensions, effectively controlling coaxiality and runout errors. We provide one-stop service from drawing evaluation to mass production, offering flexible material combinations (aluminum alloy, stainless steel, or engineering plastics) based on motor power, mounting methods, and speed requirements to meet custom needs in home appliances, self-balancing scooters, and industrial automation.
