This assembly features a white engineering plastic frame enclosing a tinned copper braided flexible connection, with integrated metal wiring terminals at the bottom that include mounting holes. This structure forms a typical conductive circuit unit for low-voltage electrical appliances. The flexible braid buffers mechanical shock during operation, ensuring stable electrical connections and low contact resistance during frequent opening and closing cycles.

The core of the manufacturing process lies in the assembly consistency of multi-material components: strict control of insulation bracket dimensional tolerances is required to match metal inserts, while ensuring the crimping or welding strength between the copper braid and terminals. This prevents loosening or breakage under high-current temperature rise conditions. Metal parts are typically silver or nickel-plated to enhance oxidation resistance, and bending areas are controlled for springback to ensure proper installation fit.
