The core of the manufacturing process lies in the assembly consistency of multi-material components: strict control of stamping dimensional tolerances for irregular galvanized steel terminals is required to match mounting holes, while ensuring the crimping or welding strength between the copper braid and metal surfaces to prevent loosening or breakage under high-current temperature rise conditions. The surface is electro-galvanized for excellent corrosion resistance, and springback at bending points is controlled to ensure proper installation fit.
