Designed to meet fluid transport needs in complex spatial layouts, these custom-shaped ducts are formed as a single piece via hollow blow molding. This process effectively eliminates leakage risks and assembly complexities associated with traditional multi-segment splicing. The product range includes straight pipes, bent pipes, and variants with corrugated expansion structures, widely used in automotive HVAC systems, engine intake cooling, and washer fluid delivery. They flexibly adapt to narrow and irregular installation environments within vehicle bodies.

The manufacturing process strictly controls wall thickness uniformity and collapse resistance at bends, ensuring sufficient structural rigidity and pressure resistance while meeting lightweight requirements. For models with corrugated sections, peak and valley dimensions are precisely controlled to ensure fatigue life during expansion and contraction. Interfaces typically feature reinforcement rings or positioning steps to achieve reliable sealing with clamps or interference fits, preventing loosening and leakage under long-term vibration.

Supported by the IATF16949 quality management system, our factory is equipped with multiple precision blow molding machines and 3D blow molding equipment. We support the entire manufacturing process, from mold flow channel optimization during synchronous R&D to mass production. Equipped with air tightness testers, high/low-temperature environmental chambers, and 3D scanners, we rigorously verify product sealing performance, temperature and weather resistance, and critical dimensions. We support customized development based on customer 3D data models, providing comprehensive solutions including material selection, mold design, and performance testing.
