Automotive Windshield Washer Pump and Valve Body Assembly

This product series is specifically designed for automotive windshield washing systems, integrating micro-motor drive, fluid delivery, and directional control functions. The assembly includes a black engineering plastic pump housing, an internal impeller structure, and external piping interfaces. Certain models are equipped with multi-directional distribution valve cores or solenoid valve components, enabling precise control over the spray path and flow rate of the cleaning fluid. This ensures stable fluid sealing and output pressure even under the vibration conditions typical of vehicle operation.

The manufacturing process primarily utilizes precision injection molding, with strict control over the dimensional stability of the pump cavity, the smoothness of the flow channel inner walls, and the flatness of mating surfaces to prevent micro-leakage and reduce fluid resistance. For valve bodies with moving parts, fit clearances are tightly controlled to balance rotational flexibility with sealing reliability. For motor mounting positions, coaxiality tolerances are maintained to minimize operating noise and wear, meeting the stringent durability and consistency requirements for automotive-grade components.

Supported by the IATF 16949 quality management system, our factory is equipped with multiple precision injection molding machines and dedicated washer pump performance testing equipment. We possess full-process manufacturing capabilities ranging from mold development and injection production to air-tightness testing and flow calibration.
