The main body exhibits typical die-casting characteristics with a natural metallic finish. A mounting bracket with installation holes extends from the side, facilitating precise positioning and secure locking within equipment piping.

Key machining priorities include ensuring the coaxiality and positional accuracy of the main threaded holes relative to the lateral distribution ports. Strict control over the flatness of the flange sealing surface is essential to prevent media leakage. Due to the complexity of multi-hole cross-machining, high requirements are placed on clamping stability during subsequent CNC processes to ensure all interface dimensions meet tolerance standards and to avoid assembly interference caused by geometric deviations.
