Die-Cast Assembly for Traffic Signal Light Housing

As a core protective component of outdoor traffic control systems, this structure is manufactured using an integrated molding process. The main body features three parallel circular lamp chambers and an integrated rear mounting bracket. The overall profile is designed to meet optical shading requirements, with deep cylindrical visors at the front of each chamber to eliminate environmental light interference. The back is connected to the flange surface via reinforcing ribs, forming a stable cantilever support structure suitable for road traffic signal control and industrial warning lighting applications.

Manufacturing such large thin-walled housings requires strict control over filling balance and cooling shrinkage deformation to ensure the coaxality of the three lamp chamber holes and the flatness of the mounting surface meet stringent assembly tolerances. Due to long-term outdoor use, the part surface must possess excellent weather resistance and corrosion protection, typically requiring powder coating or anodizing. There are extremely high requirements for deburring internal wiring channels and cable exits to prevent cable wear, demanding high consistency in subsequent deburring and CNC precision machining processes.
