This protective enclosure is designed for outdoor communication base stations, industrial power supplies, or LED lighting equipment. The main body is manufactured using an integrated die-casting process. The top features large-area parallel heat dissipation fins that effectively enhance thermal conductivity by increasing the surface area. The bottom is designed with wide flange mounting edges and multiple countersunk screw holes, facilitating secure locking on walls or racks.

This structure imposes strict requirements on mold flow channel balance and cooling shrinkage control. It is essential to ensure no shrinkage defects at the roots of the heat dissipation fins and that the overall flatness meets assembly sealing requirements. The diameter tolerance and positional accuracy of the peripheral mounting holes are key processing control points, ensuring precise fit with internal PCBs or thermal pads. For outdoor applications, surface treatments such as powder coating or anodizing are typically applied to enhance weather resistance and corrosion protection.
