Product Introduction

This product is suitable for precision structural, enclosure, and mounting applications in automation, machinery & equipment manufacturing, industrial robotics, instrumentation, and telecommunications equipment. It is made from 6061 aluminum alloy and manufactured through the following process route: blank cutting → CNC finish machining → tapping → 120-grit bead blasting → green anodizing. Key dimensions are controlled to a minimum of 0.02 mm, while all other dimensions and technical requirements follow the drawing. Sample lead time is approximately 7–10 days; lead time for mass production is subject to negotiation.
