As a critical positioning component in automated assembly or inspection lines, this structure achieves stable clamping and spatial clearance for carrier modules through a combination of upper and lower mounting ears with a central vertical support block. A row of precision through-holes distributed on the side vertical surface is typically used to accommodate cylinder push rods, limit pins, or sensor probes of various specifications, meeting the needs for multi-station switching or fine-tuning. The counterbored hole layout at the bottom and top ensures quick and secure connection to equipment base plates or profile frames.
The part features a uniform matte black finish, achieved through post-processing techniques such as sandblasting or anodizing. This not only enhances wear and corrosion resistance but also effectively prevents reflections from interfering with vision inspection systems. The core of the machining process lies in ensuring the perpendicularity tolerance between the vertical support surface and the upper/lower mounting reference surfaces, as well as the positional consistency of the multi-hole system on the side. This prevents action jams or positioning deviations in executing components caused by cumulative errors. Strict deburring control is also applied to ensure all through-hole edges are smooth and free of sharp corners, protecting mating parts from scratches.
