As the core structural component of thermal management systems, this elongated block features a dense array of lateral through-holes and a textured top surface. It is primarily used to secure power devices and facilitate heat dissipation. The regularly spaced round holes on the sides are typically designed for cooling pipes, mounting bolts, or fluid distribution, while the fine parallel textures on the top increase contact area or interface with thermal interface materials (TIM). These bases are commonly found in laser equipment, high-power power supply modules, and precision instruments.

The core manufacturing challenge lies in maintaining consistent spacing and tight tolerances for the side hole arrays to prevent assembly interference. Simultaneously, strict control over the flatness of the textured top surface and its parallelism with the bottom surface is required to ensure optimal contact with heat sources. For such long, complex parts with dense features, our factory utilizes high-precision CNC machining centers from brands like Zeguan and Jiafu. Multi-step clamping and milling processes effectively control hole positioning and overall deformation, meeting stringent dimensional stability requirements.
