Product Introduction

This product is widely used in non-standard automation equipment and tooling/fixtures. It is made from 45# steel and manufactured through the following process route: saw cutting (blanking) → gantry milling for thickness → double-head milling on four sides → surface grinding for thickness → CNC finish machining → hard chrome plating. Precision holes are controlled to 0.02 mm, while all other unspecified dimensional tolerances follow ISO 2768 (equivalent to GB/T 1804). The surface treatment is hard chrome plating, and the coating thickness is applied according to the relevant standard and/or drawing requirements. Sample lead time is approximately 7–10 days; lead time for mass production is subject to negotiation.
