This dual-layer stepped structure is designed to support key modules in automated assembly or inspection lines. The integrated design of the bottom circular flange and vertical support block ensures stable clamping of actuating elements while providing necessary spatial clearance. Two rows of precision through-holes distributed on the side vertical faces are typically used to accommodate cylinders, push rods, limit pins, or sensor probes of various specifications, meeting the needs for multi-station switching or fine-tuning. The counterbored hole layout at the bottom ensures quick and secure locking to the equipment base plate or profile frame.
The part features a uniform matte black finish, achieved through post-processing techniques such as sandblasting or anodizing. This not only enhances wear and corrosion resistance but also effectively prevents glare from interfering with visual inspection systems. The core of the machining process lies in ensuring the perpendicularity tolerance between the vertical support surface and the upper/lower mounting reference surfaces, as well as the positional consistency of the multi-hole patterns on the sides. This prevents actuator jamming or positioning deviations caused by cumulative errors. Strict deburring controls are also applied to ensure all through-hole edges are smooth and free of sharp corners, protecting mating components from scratches.
