When evaluating bearing components, it is essential to specify the pocket pitch circle diameter, rolling element dimensions, and overall tolerance requirements. The images display various ring cages, including window-type structures made of black engineering plastic and solid cages made of brass, accompanied by rubber seals, metal dust covers, and miniature bearing units. As the core skeleton and protective layer of the bearing, these parts maintain rolling element spacing, guide smooth operation within the raceway, and prevent contaminant ingress.

These non-standard custom parts demand strict manufacturing stability. Plastic cages are typically precision injection-molded from modified materials like PA66. Key challenges include controlling material shrinkage to ensure consistent pocket positioning and ensuring burr-free edges to prevent damage to rolling elements. Metal parts involve turning or stamping processes, requiring strict coaxiality and surface finish standards. Our factory utilizes injection molding machines from brands such as Shuangsheng and Sumitomo, along with CNC lathes. Combined with Zeiss CMMs and visual sorting equipment, we achieve full-process control from raw material moisture conditioning to final inspection, ensuring consistency in batch deliveries.

Supported by the IATF16949 quality management system, our production line has an annual capacity of 200 million nylon cages, widely used in automotive hubs, industrial robots, wind power equipment, and general machinery. We develop molds and produce parts based on drawing-defined material grades (e.g., nylon, brass, rubber), structures, and performance indicators for deep groove ball, cylindrical roller, and thrust bearings.
