About Motor Stator Core Lamination Assembly

As a core magnetic circuit component for micro-motors and shielded pumps, this lamination structure forms a closed magnetic loop with high permeability through the precision stacking and interlocking of multiple silicon steel sheets. The cylindrical outer profile, combined with uniformly distributed radial slots inside, is specifically designed to accommodate enameled wire windings. This design aims to enhance electromagnetic conversion efficiency and reduce operating noise, making it common in home appliances, automotive electronics, and industrial fan drive systems.

The manufacturing process strictly controls the stacking factor and slot dimension consistency to prevent increased magnetic reluctance or core loosening that could cause vibration due to excessive gaps between sheets. For such laminated components, the factory uses high-precision stamping dies to ensure the perpendicularity of the punching cross-section of each sheet. Specialized fixtures are used for compression and riveting to ensure the coaxiality of the inner hole and outer diameter tolerances meet assembly requirements, effectively avoiding the risk of rotor rubbing against the stator.
