As a core rotating component for canned motor pumps and leak-free fluid handling equipment, this assembly consists of a flanged stator housing and a cylindrical rotor sleeve. It serves to isolate the motor windings from the conveyed medium while transmitting torque. The cylindrical part on the left features a precision-turned outer surface with a mating step at the end, while the flanged part on the right has a large central through-hole surrounded by evenly distributed mounting holes. Together, they form a sealed cavity structure, commonly used in circulation pump sets for chemical, nuclear power, and HVAC systems.
The manufacturing focus lies in ensuring the coaxiality of the rotating body and the perpendicularity of the flange face to prevent dynamic balance failure or seal leakage during high-speed operation. For stainless steel or alloy steel materials, CNC lathes are used to finish the main outer diameter and inner bore, ensuring uniform wall thickness. Precision surface grinding is applied to the flange end face to control flatness tolerances. For the thin-walled sleeve section, clamping strategies are optimized to suppress cutting deformation and guarantee dimensional stability.

Equipped with Hexagon CMMs and toolmaker microscopes, we strictly verify inner diameters, hole positionality, and key mating dimensions.
