We provide cylindrical metal sleeves featuring an outer knurled anti-slip texture and an internal stepped bore structure. These components are commonly used in mechanical transmission systems for positioning, connection, or as simple shaft bushings. The external knurling increases friction to assist with manual tightening or prevent rotation, while the internal step serves for axial limitation or mating with shafts of different diameters, meeting the needs for quick installation and disassembly in non-standard equipment assembly.
Our manufacturing process strictly controls the concentricity of the inner and outer circles, as well as the uniformity and depth of the knurling, ensuring a secure grip and stable positioning during assembly. For these rotational parts, we utilize CNC lathes for primary turning to guarantee inner hole surface finish and dimensional tolerances. For applications requiring high hardness or wear resistance, alloy steel or stainless steel materials can be selected and heat-treated. If precise mating surfaces are required, precision grinding can be applied to key outer or inner diameters to eliminate turning marks and enhance fitting accuracy.
Supported by ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 quality management systems, our production covers the entire process from material selection and turn-mill compound machining to final dimensional inspection. Equipped with Bestec CNC lathes and Hexagon CMMs, we strictly control indicators such as sleeve length, wall thickness, and concentricity. Quotations are evaluated based on specific material grades (e.g., carbon steel, stainless steel, or copper), surface treatment requirements (e.g., galvanizing, blackening, or passivation), and batch size. We support custom manufacturing based on drawings and offer flexible supply modes for multi-variety, small-batch orders.
