These parts are typically machined from stainless steel via turning to ensure surface finish and corrosion resistance. Key machining challenges include maintaining the perpendicularity between the shank's outer diameter and the flange mounting surface, as well as the precise positioning of threaded holes. Our factory is equipped with Swiss-type lathes and CNC lathes from brands such as Tsugami and Star, enabling efficient high-precision cutting of such rotational parts and meeting strict dimensional tolerance requirements.

Upon receiving 3D models or 2D engineering drawings from buyers, we will evaluate quotations and lead times based on specific material grades, surface treatment requirements, and batch sizes.
