Flange and Clamp Assemblies for Motor Pumps and Valves

We provide complete metal component sets, including triangular flanges, retaining clamps, and mounting brackets, to address common piping connection and face sealing needs in canned motor pump and micro-motor assemblies. These structures are typically used for securing fluid channels or axially limiting rotor components. Strict coaxiality between the central bore and peripheral mounting holes is maintained to ensure dynamic balance and sealing reliability during equipment operation.

The manufacturing process focuses on dimensional stability of irregular profiles and flatness control of mating surfaces. Sodick slow-feed wire EDM is utilized to machine precision inner bores and outer edge steps on the flanges, while high-precision surface grinding ensures the flatness of installation reference planes. This effectively prevents leakage or vibration caused by uneven assembly gaps. For open retaining rings made of spring steel, stamping and heat treatment processes are employed to ensure elastic recovery and fatigue resistance.
