During processing, special attention must be paid to the uniformity and perpendicularity of the heat dissipation fins to ensure unobstructed airflow channels. The complex cutout grid structure on the sides imposes high requirements on mold flow channel design or CNC machining toolpath planning to prevent deformation and ensure burr-free edges. If metal materials are used, stress relief after bending or stamping must be considered; if plastic injection molding is used, the cooling system must be optimized to eliminate the risk of sink marks in thick-walled areas.
