Transparent Fluid Diverter Injection Molded Part

The cylindrical body features integrated multi-directional angled ports on the side wall, forming a complex fluid diversion chamber. The main body is injection molded in one piece from high-transparency material. It includes a threaded旋盖 (rotating cap) interface at the top, with internal reinforcing ribs and positioning steps. Two tubular branches extend from the sides at different angles, making it suitable for applications requiring visual observation of internal flow states or gas-liquid separation.

These parts are typically produced using precision injection molds. Key processing controls focus on ensuring the coaxiality and angular tolerance of each branch port to guarantee sealing performance in subsequent pipeline connections. Due to significant variations in wall thickness and multiple suspended structures, gate locations and cooling systems must be optimized to eliminate sink marks, bubbles, and weld lines. Strict control of draft angles is also required to prevent surface scratches. For products with high transparency requirements, the mold cavity must achieve a mirror-polished finish.
