Production control focuses on maintaining strict concentricity between the internal thread axis and the external hexagonal datum to prevent cross-threading during assembly. Thread class fit and minor diameter tolerances are verified to ensure compatibility with specified fasteners, while the perpendicularity of the bottom face relative to the thread axis is critical for load distribution in structural applications.
