Automotive Interior Injection Molded Structural Parts

We provide 2D/3D drawings, including 3D dimensional maps, tolerance requirements, and appearance standards, to evaluate the mold development feasibility for complex curved surfaces and multi-snap structures. These parts feature typical automotive interior components, integrating reinforcing ribs, mounting bosses, and precision-fit snap interfaces. They are commonly used for assembly support in instrument panel skeletons, air conditioning vents, or around center consoles.

The manufacturing process focuses on filling integrity in thin-wall areas and dimensional stability for large flat parts. Injection molding parameters are strictly controlled to eliminate defects such as sink marks and warpage. For structures with undercuts and side holes, the mold design incorporates precise sliders and ejection mechanisms to ensure smooth demolding without damage. For surfaces requiring specific gloss levels, high-polish mold cavities and stable processing windows are utilized.

Our factory holds IATF 16949 quality management system certification. We are equipped with Haitian brand injection molding machines, Makino machining centers, and slow wire-cutting EDM for precision mold manufacturing. We offer one-stop services from DFM analysis, mold design and manufacturing, to mass injection production. Leveraging inspection tools such as Hexagon CMMs and vision measuring systems, we perform full inspection of key mating dimensions to meet the stringent automotive industry requirements for part interchangeability and appearance consistency.
