Manufactured using thermoplastic injection molding, the process requires strict control over the cone head's coaxiality, bottom flatness, and the filling integrity of rib details. During multi-color batch production, mold venting and injection parameters are rigorously managed to avoid sink marks, flash, or color variations, ensuring appearance consistency and assembly interchangeability.
