As a core isolation component in rolling bearings, this ring-shaped structure maintains the equidistant arrangement of balls or rollers through precisely molded pocket arrays. This effectively prevents collision and frictional heating during high-speed operation. The black components feature a matte finish typical of modified engineering plastics, while the white components are semi-transparent. Both exhibit excellent self-lubricating properties and wear resistance, making them suitable for various transmission systems, including deep groove ball, cylindrical roller, and thrust bearings.

Manufacturing these cages requires strict control over injection molding shrinkage rates and mold cavity precision to ensure high consistency in pocket positioning and smooth, burr-free edges, thereby preventing damage to rolling elements. Our factory is equipped with injection molding machines from brands such as Shuangsheng and Sumitomo, along with five-axis robotic arms. We combine this with raw material pre-treatment using nylon dehumidifying boxes to stably control the dimensional stability of thermoplastic materials like PA66, meeting mechanical strength requirements for frequent start-stop cycles or heavy-load conditions.

Supported by the IATF16949 quality management system, our production process covers full-chain control from injection molding to final visual sorting. We strictly screen pitch circle diameter, wall thickness, and appearance defects using Zeiss coordinate measuring machines (CMM) and image measuring instruments. For non-standard customization needs in fields such as medical, semiconductor, photovoltaic, and automotive hub assemblies, we develop molds and conduct mass production according to tolerance levels defined in drawings, ensuring product consistency and assembly interchangeability.
