The part is manufactured using engineering plastic injection molding in a single step. Key processing focuses include controlling the straightness of long cantilever structures and the relative positional tolerance of mounting hole patterns on both sides to prevent assembly interference caused by uneven material shrinkage. For the multi-pin socket area at the end, strict control over inner wall dimensional tolerances and surface finish is required to ensure tight fit with metal terminals and electrical insulation performance.
