As a core isolation and guidance component for rolling elements within bearings, this ring-shaped structure accommodates needle or cylindrical rollers through evenly distributed pockets along the circumference. This design effectively prevents mutual collision and frictional heating during high-speed operation. The images display samples in various specifications and black/white color options. Its non-closed or segmented connection design adapts to radial positioning requirements under specific working conditions, commonly found in deep groove ball, cylindrical roller, and thrust bearing systems.

These parts are primarily manufactured from modified engineering plastics such as PA66 via precision injection molding. The key processing challenge lies in strictly controlling material shrinkage to ensure consistent pocket positioning. Additionally, mold cavities must have high surface finish to guarantee burr-free edges on the finished product, preventing damage to rolling element surfaces. The material combines excellent wear resistance, a low coefficient of friction, and dimensional stability to withstand mechanical shocks and thermal loads caused by frequent start-stops or heavy loads.

Supported by the IATF16949 quality management system, our factory is equipped with injection molding machines from brands like Shuangsheng and Sumitomo, as well as Zeiss coordinate measuring machines (CMM).
