It achieves rigid connection to the main equipment through multiple metal insert holes distributed around the perimeter. The part is manufactured via one-shot injection molding of engineering plastics. Key processing focuses include controlling the straightness of long cantilever structures and the relative positional tolerance of mounting hole patterns on both sides to prevent assembly interference caused by uneven material shrinkage.
