Strict control over the dimensional tolerances and positional accuracy of the rear interface openings guarantees smooth assembly of external connectors and effective sealing for IP protection ratings. The flat mounting base and rib layout are optimized to balance structural rigidity with lightweight requirements.

Leveraging mature injection molding production lines and an ISO 9001 quality management system, we offer end-to-end services from mold flow analysis and trial molding validation to mass production. Critical mating surfaces undergo full-dimensional inspection using Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) to ensure consistent appearance and assembly precision across batches.
