Smart Dumbbell Components

This is a component for a smart dumbbell, a customized product for overseas customers. All complete parts of the product are independently developed by our company through mold design and injection molding. There are more than 20 types of assembly parts with high requirements for fitting tolerance and strict standards for product appearance. The part surfaces require processes such as spray painting and silk-screen printing. The T0 sample development cycle is 45 days, and the delivery lead time for a bulk order of 1,000 sets is 10 days.
