This type of product is applied to miniature motors for robots. It adopts high-precision high-speed injection molding process, with dimensional accuracy controlled at ±0.01 mm. The molding equipment used is Toyo all-electric injection molding machine. In mold design, uniform mold temperature distribution shall be ensured, and pre-deformation design of the product shall be completed through mold flow analysis. The T0 trial mold cycle is 30 days, and batch delivery by installments will start within 5 days after formal bulk order confirmation.
